As part of our ongoing commitment to improving animal welfare through a scientific understanding of animals’ needs and how these can be met, UFAW is organising an online conference on 20 – 21 June 2023. The conference will feature presentations from a range of speakers on animal welfare science.

This conference is being held online to facilitate participation from a wide global audience, and with a view towards reducing environmental impact*.

Call for abstracts

Presentations can take one of the following formats:

• Talk (15 minutes plus 10 minutes questions)
• Short talk (3 minutes plus 2 minutes questions)
• Poster
